Sistem Restorasi Citra Dokumen Tua Dengan Menggunakan Metode Singular Value Decompotision (SVD)
Abstract
Pengolahan citra adalah memanipulasi dan interprestasi digital dari citra dengan bantuan komputer. Pengolahan citra bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kualitas gambar, dilihat dari aspek radiometrik dan aspek geometric. Melakukan proses penarikan informasi atau deskripsi obyek atau pengenalan obyek yang terkandung pada citra. Restorasi citra merupakan salah satu oprasi dalam pengolahan citra yang memiliki tujuan untuk memperbaiki citra terdapat beberapa jenis noise berdasarkan sumber maupun jenis penyebaran. Metode Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) merupakan suatu teknik transformasi yang penting dalam perbaikan dokumen pada citra, karna transformasi ini memungkinkan efesiensi dan koefisien yang berupa nilai singular, proses transformasi citra dengan SVD .pada matriks memuat frekuensi kemunculan kata kunci didekomposisi menjadi tiga komponen matriks.
