IMPLEMENTASI KRIPTOGRAFI RSA UNTUK PENINGKATAN KEAMANAN DATABASE E-COMMERCE

Abstract

E-commerce merupakan prosedur berdagang atau mekanisme jual-beli di internet dimana pembeli dan penjual dipertemukan di dunia maya. E-commerce juga dapat didefinisikan sebagai suatu cara berbelanja atau berdagang secara online atau direct selling yang memanfaatkan fasilitas Internet dimana terdapat website yang dapat menyediakan layanan “get and deliver“.Didalam melakukan transaksi jual beli online seharusnya para pemilik bisnis e-commerce lebih mengutamkan hal di layanan keamanan untuk bertransaksi online tersebut, sehingga para pembeli lebih nyaman untuk melakukan pembayaran melalui metode transfer maupun kartu kredit, misalnya penyadapan informasi kartu kredit untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dikembangkan beberapa bentuk sistem pengamanan dalam bertransaksi seperti enkripsi data. Dengan sebuah kripsitografi RSA pengamanan terhadapa sebuah database dari E-Commerce dapat membantu privasi data dari database tersebut.
