SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN ANGGOTA POLRI TERBAIK DENGAN MENERAP KAN METODE MOORA (MULTI OBJECTIVE OPTIMIZATION ON THE BASIS OF RASIO ANALYSIS) (STUDI KASUS : POLRES DELI SERDANG)
Abstract
Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode MOORA dalam menentukan siapa yang lebih berhak Terrpilih Sebagai Anggota POLRI Terbaik berdasarkan kinerja kerja per periode dengan menggunakan rumus yang hasilnya lebih akurat dan tepat sasaran. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah Dengan menggunakan metode MOORA dapat membantu Pemimpin/Kepolisian untuk melakukan Pemilihan Anggota POLRI Terbaik karena semua sudah dilakukan secara komputerisasi, Anggota POLRI juga dapat melihat dan memantau sendiri hasil penilaian kerjanya dalam bentuk form laporan.
