ANALISA PERBADINGAN ALGORITMA GOLDBACH CODES DENGAN ALGORITMA SEQUITUR PADA KOMPRESI FILE TEXT MENGGUNAKAN METODE EXPONENTIAL
Abstract
File teks merupakan file yang terdiri dari informasi dalam bentuk teks, file teks sangat dibutuhkan sebagai informasi yang biasanya terdiri dalam bentuk dokumen, catatan artikel dan lain-lain. Masukan dan keluaran data dalam bentyk teks dipersentasikan sebagai set karakter atau sistem kode yang dapat dikenali oleh sistem komputer. Melihat kebutuhan akan pemampatan data maka diperlukan adanya suatu kompresi perbadingan sehingga memperoleh keuntungan mengurangi pemakaian ruang media penyimpanan, pemampatan data dengan tingkat rasio lebih tinggi dari data aslinya. Proses kompresi dilakukan dengan menggunakan perbandingan algoritma Golbach Codes dan algoritma Sequitur. Dimana kompresi file teks saat di kompres lalu dibandingkan dengan metode Exponential demi mendapatkan kompresi file teks yang efektif.
