SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENYELEKSIAN PENERIMA BEASISWA ANAK KARYAWAN DENGAN METODE BROWN GIBSON (STUDY KASUS: PT. KARYA HEVEA INDONESIA KEBUN GREAHAN KECAMATAN BANGUN PURBA
Abstract
Beasiswa dapat diberikan oleh lembaga pemerintah, perusahaan ataupun yayasan. Beasiswa meliputi dari kriteria perusahaan yang akan diseleksi yaitu berstatus karyawan tetap, jumlah tanggungan, memiliki rangking 1-3 tingkat SD,SMP,SMA, dan nilai semester rata-rata yang berdasarkan tingkat prestasi tertinggi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Proses penilain kandidat beasiswa dengan menggunakan metode Brown-Gibson akan menggunakan sistem bobot, dimana pada akhir penilaian kandidat beasiswa yang memproleh penilaian terbaik akan menjadi pilihan alternatif terbaik. Metode Brown-Gibson dalam sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu mengolah data atau data yang berbentuk tingkat kepentinganya. Penyeleksian penerima beasiswa ini dilakukan sehingga tercapainya tujuan perusahaan yang efektif dan optimal. Berdasarkan penyeleksian penerima beasiswa tersebut diperusahaan. sehingga meringankan pihak pabrik dalam penyeleksian penerima beasiswa anak karyawan dan sifat perubahan yang sedang maupun akan terjadi.
