Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan Menggunakan Metode MOOSRA di PT.Asia Raya Foundry

Abstract


Performance appraisal is an evaluation process carried out by superiors or authorized parties on a person's performance in carrying out their duties and responsibilities at work. The main purpose of performance appraisal is to measure the extent to which an individual or team has achieved the targets and standards set. Decision Support Systems (DSS) are computer systems designed to assist decision making in complex or ambiguous situations. The MOOSRA method is one of the multi-objective optimization. This method is similar to the MOORA method, the difference is in determining the performance score, the MOORA method uses a subtraction operator, while the MOOSRA method uses a division operator. The research results obtained show that alternative A1 in the name of Bintang Maulana is the best employee with the highest score of 0.413.
