Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Rekomendasi Housekeeping Terbaik Dengan Menerapkan Metode Maut Dan Pembobotan Roc
Abstract
Housekeeping is one of the departments in hotel accommodation which is responsible for cleanliness, tidiness, beauty, health and completeness of all rooms and other parts of the hotel. In the role of the Housekeeping Department to generate income for the hotel, housekeeping does not stand alone but in collaboration with other departments such as the front of the hotel or the Front Office Department. In the implementation of many housekeeping candidates who try or register to work in the housekeeping department, making it difficult for HRD to select because of the large number of applicants, a decision support system is needed that can determine the best housekeeping recommendations. So that a decision support system is needed that can solve these problems, namely the ROC and MAUT methods which can produce an appropriate and objective decision based on the data obtained such as alternatives and criteria so as to produce alternative A1 with a value of 0.96, namely Agung Prayoga as the best alternative.
