Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penilaian Kinerja Satuan Reserse Narkoba (Satresnarkoba) Polsek Percut Sei Tuan Menggunakan Metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART)

Abstract


Police is a government agency engaged in the defense and security of an area. In addition to maintaining regional security, tranquility and peace, the police also pay attention to the welfare of their police personnel, as well as the Percut Sei Tuan sector police. One form of attention given is the awarding of police personnel for their performance and achievements while working as police personnel. Decision making on the selection of police personnel with the best performance at the Percut Sei Tuan Police has so far been done manually without a system that can facilitate the Percut Sei Tuan Police Chief in making decisions. By using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method on the Decision Support System (SPK), the determination of outstanding drug satres personnel can be calculated based on the calculation of the weight of each criterion, so that they can quickly select outstanding drug satres personnel in the Sei Tuan police station
