Abstract

Recruitment of new employees is done to meet the needs or shortage of human resources (HR) in a company. In the selection of new employees usually occurs errors that are less effective. Acceptance of new employees selected is only based on insiders without qualifications that must be met. So that the company suffered a lot of losses and got employees who were not suitable. There are several criteria that participants must have as a condition to become employees of the company. Therefore, to recruit new employees, a decision support system can be used with the Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method so that employee recruitment is more general and effective. Based on the results of the research that the authors conducted, the Multi-Objective Optimization On the Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method is quite easy to do as a determination of hiring new employees at a company, the steps used in this research are very simple. From the results of applying the alternative Moora method, it gets the highest score, namely Joe with a value of 0.36541, then what is received at the company is Joe with the highest score
