PERANCANGAN SISTEM PAKAR BERBASIS ANDROID UNTUK TROUBLESHOOTING SMARTPHONE SAMSUNG
Abstract
Troubleshooting is a form of problem solving on a system that is experiencing a disturbance that is by finding the source of the cause of the problem and then seek solutions to problems that occur so that the system can operate again normally. Troubleshooting is required in the development and maintenance of complex systems where symptoms that cause disturbances can have many possible causes.The use of smartphone devices with the Android operating system has been very prevalent and popular at this time. Android is an operating system for linux-based mobile devices that includes operating systems, middleware and applications. Android provides an open platform for developers to create their apps.In this thesis, will be designed troubleshooting application samsung smartphone android web-based. The ultimate goal of this thesis is to design a web-based system that is able to provide solutions to problems that arise, especially on Samsung smartphones. The data collection techniques conducted in this study is through literature study.References
