Abstract

Village government is one of the government institutions that has the responsibility to provide services to the community. One of them is providing good administrative service. Bandar labuhan village is one of the government offices that still implements a manual village administration system. So that the data processing process is slow and prone to errors. This causes delays and inefficiencies in managing population data. In addition, manual service can also increase the risk of losin g important data. The impact is that people experience delays in getting services, travel long distances to access services, and cannot obtain accurate and timely information. Therefore, it is necessary to make changes and improvements in village administration public services to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of service. The design of this village administration system is the right solution to solve problems in the Bandar Labuhan village government. The design thinking method was chosen becuase of its user-centered approach, including the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. This ensures that the designed system is truly in accordance with the needs of users, both village officials and the community.
