The Best Coffee Shop Selection Decision Support System Using the MOOSRA Method

A Generally, a person or group of people who want to relax, do work outside the office, or want to do social interaction choose a coffee shop as a gathering place. Determining a better place from various existing coffee shops can be seen from the results of the assessment of several criteria that have been determined for the selection of the best coffee shop. But the problem is that if you do the coffee shop assessment process manually, it will make the determination process more difficult, because the process is not efficient and makes a decision maker tired in thinking. Problems in selecting the best coffee shop require a method or system that is able to solve problems more efficiently and with more objective results. Therefore, SPK is the right consideration to solve the problem, and the MOOSRA Method is one method that is suitable to be applied in choosing the best coffee shop, because this method performs normalization first on the fuzzy decision matrix and the ranking process with a simple formula. Based on the results of the MOOSRA method calculations that have been carried out, get results where the ALT2 or Twin Coffe alternative with a value of 0.562 is the best coffee shop alternative. Using ROC weighting as a measure of the priority level of criteria and combined with the OCRA method will get a more optimal and effective alternative value.
