Analysis of the Capability Level of the e-Rapor Information System Using the COBIT 5 Framework at HKBP Sarulla Private Vocational School

The E-Report Information System is a web-based application used in educational foundations that changes manual patterns into digital patterns. E-Report is also a new system for assessing student learning outcomes and makes it easier for teachers to easily summarize student learning outcomes without having to calculate students' overall scores manually. Information systems analysis or what is usually called auditing. The analysis of the capability level of the E-Report information system used aims to ensure that all processes that take place in the information system do not contain failures or errors, which are related to the ability of a system to carry out processes that take place in a certain way. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an audit using The Cobit 5 domain MEA (Monitor Evaluate and Assess) framework is used to determine the level of ability to meet the agency's needs or the capability level of the system, whether it has met the agency's needs or is far from the expected level. To get results regarding the capability level of the E-Report information system, it is necessary to carry out an audit. From the results of calculations using the Cobit 5 MEA domain framework, it is clear that the Capability level of the E-Report information system still has a GAP Level in the system processes at MEA02.1, MEA03.1, MEA03.2 and MEA03.4. Where the GAP level that occurs is 1 level. And the entire system is at Level 3 where the desired process system is well defined. Where the system can fulfill the desires of the expected process.
