Sistem Informasi Manajemen Padi dan Beras pada Gudang HD Sutawijaya Group Berbasis Batch dan Tanggal Masuk

HD Sutawijaya Group masih mencatat keluar masuk beras dan bahan baku padi secara manual, sehingga data stok sering tidak sesuai dengan kondisi sebenarnya di gudang. Akibatnya, beras lama kerap tertumpuk karena tidak ada aturan baku soal barang mana yang harus didistribusikan lebih dulu, sementara ketersediaan bahan baku padi juga sulit dipantau secara akurat. Kondisi ini berisiko menurunkan kualitas beras sekaligus mengganggu kelancaran produksi. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Gudang Beras berbasis web yang mengatur pengeluaran stok berdasarkan urutan batch dan tanggal masuk, dilengkapi mekanisme notifikasi ketika stok bahan baku mendekati batas minimum. Sistem dikembangkan dengan model Waterfall, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementasi menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, hingga pengujian dengan metode Black Box Testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur, mulai dari pencatatan barang masuk-keluar, pengelolaan data batch, hingga pelaporan persediaan, berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah HD Sutawijaya Group dalam menjaga urutan distribusi beras, mengurangi risiko penumpukan stok lama, serta memastikan bahan baku produksi selalu tersedia tepat waktu.
