Rancangan Konseptual Sistem Diseminasi Peringatan Dini Bencana Berbasis Iot LoRa Untuk Wilayah Blank Spot

Wilayah blank spot menghadapi kendala dalam menerima peringatan dini karena tidak dapat mengandalkan internet atau jaringan seluler. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan proof of concept sistem diseminasi peringatan dini berbasis LoRa sebagai kanal last-mile dari sumber resmi menuju perangkat penerima masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah Design Science Research, yang mencakup identifikasi masalah, perumusan tujuan solusi, perancangan artefak, demonstrasi konseptual, evaluasi teoretis, dan komunikasi hasil. Artefak yang dihasilkan meliputi arsitektur konseptual, aliran pesan end-to-end, pemetaan aktor dan mode kegagalan, serta kerangka evaluasi berdasarkan jangkauan, waktu pengiriman, kapasitas pesan, keandalan transmisi, dan efisiensi daya. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas pesan memenuhi kebutuhan dasar apabila informasi disederhanakan, sedangkan jangkauan, waktu pengiriman, dan keandalan memenuhi secara bersyarat karena dipengaruhi topografi, vegetasi, interferensi, posisi antena, ukuran payload, dan retransmisi. Efisiensi daya belum terverifikasi karena belum dilakukan pengujian perangkat. LoRa tidak menggantikan seluruh jaringan komunikasi kebencanaan, tetapi melengkapi distribusi pada sisi last-mile dan tetap bergantung pada konektivitas hulu, sumber data resmi, listrik, serta tata kelola pemerintah daerah. Karena belum mencakup implementasi perangkat dan uji lapangan, hasil penelitian merupakan kelayakan konseptual yang perlu divalidasi melalui pengembangan prototipe dan pengujian teknis-operasional.
