Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Monitoring Pertumbuhan Balita Berbasis Mobile Menggunakan Metode Z-Score WHO

Pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita di Puskesmas Mulyorejo masih menghadapi kendala pencatatan yang tidak terintegrasi dan perhitungan status gizi yang dilakukan secara manual, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan dalam deteksi dini masalah gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis mobile menggunakan metode Z-score WHO untuk menilai status gizi balita secara otomatis dengan model Waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan sistem. Sistem menghitung indikator BB/U, TB/U, dan BB/TB menggunakan metode LMS (Lambda-Mu-Sigma) serta menampilkan hasil dalam bentuk kategori status gizi dan grafik pertumbuhan. Sistem dirancang dengan tiga aktor yaitu Admin, Kader Posyandu, dan Orang Tua, dilengkapi fitur validasi catatan pertumbuhan oleh kader serta KMS digital untuk pemantauan mandiri. Hasil pengujian menggunakan Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% dan hasil perhitungan Z-score terbukti sesuai dengan perhitungan manual berdasarkan tabel referensi WHO. Sistem ini berkontribusi dalam mempermudah kader posyandu dan orang tua memantau status gizi balita secara digital, akurat, dan berkelanjutan.
