Pengembangan dan Evaluasi Usability Web Multimedia Interaktif Alat Musik Tradisional Menggunakan SUS

Pengenalan alat musik tradisional Indonesia melalui media digital pada umumnya masih bersifat statis dan kurang interaktif, sehingga keterlibatan pengguna secara aktif menjadi terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun media edukasi multimedia interaktif berbasis web bernama MuSantara yang memadukan teks, gambar, audio, peta interaktif berbasis Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG), dan kuis interaktif dalam satu platform terintegrasi. Evaluasi usability sistem dilakukan menggunakan instrumen System Usability Scale (SUS). Proses pengembangan sistem mengacu pada model Waterfall dalam kerangka Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Evaluasi melibatkan 56 responden yang terdiri dari kelompok pelajar, mahasiswa, dan masyarakat umum. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan skor rata-rata SUS sebesar 81,83 yang termasuk dalam kategori Acceptable, dengan 85,71% responden memberikan penilaian tertinggi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa sistem mudah dioperasikan, mudah dipahami, serta mampu menghadirkan pengalaman interaksi yang positif bagi kelompok pengguna yang terlibat. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan media edukasi multimedia interaktif berbasis web yang terukur secara usability dengan instrumen terstandarisasi.
