Pengembangan Sistem Absensi Mobile Berbasis Flutter dengan QR Code dan GPS

LPK Kartika Sinar Persada merupakan lembaga kursus yang salah satu programnya adalah kursus stir mobil. Proses absensi yang saat ini menggunakan Google Form memang telah dilakukan secara digital, namun masih memiliki beberapa kendala seperti kesalahan pengisian data, tidak adanya mekanisme verifikasi kehadiran, serta belum mendukung pemantauan performa instruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang serta membangun aplikasi absensi mobile berbasis Flutter pada platform Android dengan mengintegrasikan pemindaian QR Code dinamis berbasis Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP) dan verifikasi lokasi menggunakan GPS, serta menyediakan fitur pemantauan performa instruktur berdasarkan kelengkapan penyampaian materi dan analisis sentimen evaluasi siswa menggunakan model OpenAI yang diolah dengan pendekatan Multi-Criteria Analysis (MCA). Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian fungsional menggunakan Black Box Testing, seluruh fitur sistem berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Evaluasi usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor rata-rata 74 yang termasuk dalam kategori Acceptable dengan predikat Good. Pengujian performa menggunakan Flutter DevTools menunjukkan kestabilan frame rate pada kisaran 59–60 FPS, sedangkan pengujian menggunakan Android Profiler menunjukkan penggunaan CPU dan memori masih berada dalam batas wajar. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dihasilkan tidak hanya meningkatkan validitas pencatatan kehadiran, tetapi juga mendukung pemanfaatan data evaluasi siswa sebagai dasar pemantauan kualitas pembelajaran secara lebih sistematis berbasis data.
