Implementasi Autentikasi QR Code Berbasis Standar ISO/IEC 18004 Menggunakan Tanda Tangan Digital

Transformasi administrasi digital menuntut mekanisme verifikasi dokumen yang cepat, akurat, dan dapat dipercaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem validasi surat tugas berbasis web yang memanfaatkan QR Code sesuai standar ISO/IEC 18004 yang dikombinasikan dengan mekanisme tanda tangan digital dan verifikasi pada sisi server. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode prototype iteratif yang meliputi tahap komunikasi kebutuhan, perencanaan cepat, perancangan cepat, konstruksi, serta penerapan dan umpan balik. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dengan dukungan pustaka generator QR Code. Kode QR yang dihasilkan memuat URL verifikasi bertoken yang dilengkapi masa berlaku serta mekanisme pencatatan aktivitas melalui audit log. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah pengembangan model autentikasi dokumen yang mengintegrasikan QR Code berstandar ISO/IEC 18004 dengan mekanisme tanda tangan digital berbasis token dan verifikasi server-side sehingga memungkinkan pengendalian status dokumen secara dinamis (valid, invalid, expired, atau revoked). Hasil pengujian blackbox terhadap 14 skenario menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100%, sementara pengujian keterbacaan menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan pemindaian ≥99% pada dokumen digital maupun cetak A4 dengan penerapan quiet zone minimal empat modul dan Error Correction Code level Q. Waktu verifikasi sejak proses pemindaian hingga penampilan status dokumen berada di bawah target operasional (<10 detik). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatkan keamanan, akuntabilitas, dan kemudahan verifikasi dokumen administrasi secara praktis dan mudah direplikasi pada lingkungan kelembagaan.
