Sistem Manajemen Stok Percetakan Menggunakan Algoritma FIFO dan Model Martingale Berbasis Web

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong usaha percetakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional melalui sistem berbasis website. Namun, CV 2 Audi Digital Printing masih mengelola pemesanan dan persediaan bahan baku secara manual, sehingga menyebabkan pencatatan kurang akurat, potensi selisih stok, dan keterlambatan pemesanan bahan saat permintaan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemesanan dan menajemen bahan percetakan berbasis website yang mengintegrasikan algoritma First In First Out (FIFO) dan Martingale Model dalam manajemen stok serta dilengkapi Early Warning System berbasis notifikasi WhatsApp. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan Waterfall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengelola pemesanan dan persediaan bahan baku secara terintegrasi serta memberikan notifikasi otomatis saat stok mendekati batas minimum. Pengujian Black Box menunjukkan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan dengan baik, sedangkan evaluasi System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor rata-rata 79 dengan kategori Good, yang menandakan sistem layak digunakan dan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional usaha percetakan.
